The science of speaking in plant

sweet vibrations
A plant has no eardrums to be vibrated by sound, yet it can hear and respond. Sound waves find their way to their mechanical-based sensors. For example, roots can use sound to find water.
friendly reactions
It is scientifically proven that certain frequency ranges trigger a positive cellular response. This stimulates photosynthesis, growth and maturation in potted plants.
touching words
The plant dialect has been developed to give our green friends the most pleasant feeling possible: to vibrate as best as possible in the 800-1000 Hz range that most houseplants enjoy.
How plants can hear
Plants do not seem to be good listeners. They won't turn their little ears towards you, even though they can hear the sound. If you talk to them at the right wavelength, they perceive sound as movement.

They are deeply affected by sound, which can trigger cellular responses and even modify them, for example, to induce growth.
